• I want to cancel the inspection: If the inspection is cancelled 24 hours before the appointment, the total amount will be -50£ corresponding to management fees, the rest will be refunded. If the inspection is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the amount will be refunded. In any of this cases we give the option of not having a refund mention above, and change it for a coupon, valid for another car of the same category for 6 months.
• When do I receive my report?: Once the review has been carried out, the report will be send within 24 hours.
